CT-Standard-30Day-Auto-Warranty.

One Year Limited Warranty.

Vehicles covered: Passenger cars, light duty trucks, and SUVs sold by Suffield Auto Sales, Inc.

1. Coverage (subject to Limitations and Exclusions listed below):

A. WARRANTY: Suffield Auto Sales, Inc will repair or replace parts or components of the vehicle which are determined by Suffield Auto Sales, Inc in its sole discretion to be defective. Parts or components may be replaced with factory rebuilds. Replaced parts or components are the property of Suffield Auto Sales, Inc. Warranty repairs and replacements are to be performed at Suffield Auto Sales, Inc the authorized location, in accordance with the terms of this Limited one year warranty, and are free of charge to the original owner of the vehicle.

B. BEGINNING OF THE WARRANTY TERM.

C. BASIC WARRANTY TERM: 12 months.

D. PRICE OF LIMTED 0NE YEAR WARRANTY.

E. TIRES, ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, BATTERY, AND OTHER COMPONENTS WITH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES: The tires, engine, transmission, battery, axles, and certain other components of the vehicle are not covered by the limited one year warranty, and are warranted by their respective manufacturers.

F. EXTENDED WARRANTY TERM FOR PERFORATING INTERNAL CAB CORROSION: External or surface corrosion is not covered.

G. EXTENDED WARRANTY TERM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINFRAME: One year, and only if in that one year period.

1. The vehicle is used solely by the original owner.
2. The defect cannot be attributed to lack of routine maintenance preferred to be performed by Suffield Auto Sales, Inc.
3. The vehicle has not been involved in an accident.
4. The original structure of the mainframe has not been modified, welded- on, cut into, or drilled-into.

2. Limitations:

A. Suffield Auto Sales, Inc obligations are limited to, at its sole option, the repair or replacement parts or components of the vehicle which are to be determined by Suffield Auto Sales, Inc in it’s sole discretion to be defective.

B. This Limited Warranty is not extended for any time out of service for warranty repairs.

C. This Limited Warranty covers only defects which are brought to the attention of Suffield Auto Sales, Inc, the authorized location immediately upon discovery.

D. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY SUFFIELD AUTO SALES, INC FOR YOUR VEHICLE. SUFFIELD AUTO SALES, INC ASSUMES NO OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR VEHICLE. SUFFIELD AUTO SALES, INC DOES NOT AUTHORIZE YOUR SELLING LOCATION OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY TO ALTER, AMEND, OR OTHERWISE CHANGE THE LIMITED WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER.

E. SUFFIELD AUTO SALES, INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES YOU MAY CLAIM AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, DOWNTIME EXPENSES, AND ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS.
